Customize training with the fitness trainer who will design a unique program for your needs and objectives according to your fitness level. This program is designed to com-plement your home routine and maximize your use of the Savoy Spa / Fitness facilities. The session starts with a fitness consultation, followed by a customized program of specific exercises to suit your needs.

TRADITIONAL MEDITATION

Duration: 60 min

Meditation is our speciality and is a central component in nearly everything we do at Savoy Spa. The techniques we offer are grounded in ancient Indian traditions, yet immediately practical to accommodate modern needs. An overview of different beginner and advanced meditation techniques will aid in choosing the right meditation exercise for you.

HATHA YOGA

Duration: 60 min

A challenging and dynamic form of Hatha Yoga designed to revitalize and invigorate. This session is ideal for increasing greater self-awareness tap into an inner core of energy and creativity while improving posture, muscular flexibility, balance, and suppleness. Hatha yoga recommended for guests suffering from stress, back pain, or for those who spend too much time sitting down.

POWER YOGA

Duration: 60 min

Core Power yoga is simply what it says, using the bandhas or abdominal locks to access your center – where all your power strength lies. Combined with breath and particular yoga poses that target your core is a wonderful class to build up core stability as well as inner and outer strength. It is athletic yoga – significantly challenging. Be prepared to sweat, keeping in mind that the beauty is that each person can adapt to suit their own body and abilities.

YOGA NIDRA

Duration: 60 min

A technique of deep yogic relaxation, Yoga Nidra means “Physic sleep”, a state of conscious sleep whereby someone straddles the borderline between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra involves a guided process of relaxation; the practitioner hovers on the threshold of the subconscious plane, such that one is enabled to release the hidden physic tensions of consciousness.

YOGALATES

Duration: 60 min

The combination of yoga asanas with pilates principles. Highly focused on the core of the body, this class promotes proper postures and strength. Open to practitioners of all levels.

COUPLE YOGA

Duration: 60 min

With a partner you can learn how to practice postures in a whole new way. Join this class and have fun learning about your own practice by helping someone else with theirs.

TENNIS AND POOL

PRIVATE TENNIS LESSON

Duration: 60 min

Offering state-of-the-art lighting, our tennis courts are situated next to the front entrance. Courts are available from 6 am - 6 pm. From 6 pm - 11 pm, tennis is available by arrangement only and will be charged at an hourly fee – the tennis courts will be opened and locked by the Fitness Center staff. Complimentary equipment will be available for hotel guests, while visitors must call in advance to make a booking – equipment rental and hourly fees apply. Proper tennis shorts, shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Lessons are available when booked in advance. Towels and bottled water will be provided with the equipment.

POOL

At 700 metres, Savoy features the largest swimming pool in Seychelles. Staffed daily from 7am – 7pm, the pool facility is available to guests only.
