PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING 60 min
Customise your session with one of our fitness trainers, who will design a unique program for your needs and objectives in accordance with your fitness level. The session will start with a preliminary fitness consultation, followed by a customised program of specific exercises to suit your needs. To complement your home workout, a carefully crafted exercise routine will be designed to maximise the benefits of using the Savoy Spa/Fitness facilities.

TRADITIONAL MEDITATION 60 min
At the heart of nearly everything we do at Savoy, meditation is our specialty! Our honed techniques are grounded in ancient Indian traditions, yet they are immediately practical to accommodate modern needs. An overview of different beginner and advanced meditation techniques will assist us in choosing the right exercise for you.
HATHA YOGA 60 min
A challenging and dynamic form of Hatha Yoga designed to revitalise and invigorate, this session is ideal for increasing greater self-awareness. Tapping into your inner core of energy and creativity; it will improve posture, muscular flexibility, balance and suppleness. Hatha Yoga is recommended for guests suffering from stress/back pain or for those who spend a lot of time sitting.
POWER YOGA 60 min
Core Power Yoga does exactly what it says on the tin! Using the bandhas or abdominal locks to access your centre - where all your strength lies – this yoga method comprises breathing methods and poses that target your core. This is a wonderful class to build up core stability, while reinforcing your inner and outer strength. As an athletic yoga, it can be quite challenging – so, be prepared to sweat!
YOGA NIDRA 60 min
A technique of deep yogic relaxation, Yoga Nidra means 'psychic sleep’ – a state of conscious sleep whereby someone straddles the borderline between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra involves a guided process of relaxation; hover on the threshold of the subconscious plane, as you gently ease into a blissful release of the hidden psychic tensions of consciousness.
YOGALATES 60 min
A combination of yoga asanas with pilates principles. Highly focused on the core of the body, this class promotes proper posture and strength. Open to practitioners of all levels.
COUPLE YOGA 60 min
With a partner, you can learn how to practice postures in a whole new way. Join this class and have fun learning about your practice by helping someone else with theirs!

Private tennis lesson 60 min
Offering state of the art lighting, our tennis courts are situated next to the front entrance. Courts are available from 6am - 6pm. From 6pm - 11pm, tennis is available by arrangement only and will be charged at an hourly fee – the tennis courts will be opened and locked by the Fitness Centre staff. Complimentary equipment will be available for hotel guests, while visitors must call in advance to make a booking – equipment rental and hourly fees apply. Proper tennis shorts, shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Lessons are available when booked in advance. Towels and bottled water will be provided with the equipment.
At 700 metres, Savoy features the largest swimming pool in Seychelles. Staffed daily from 7am – 7pm, the pool facility is available to guests only.
