Terms and conditions
- The minimum length of stay is 7 nights. The rate does not apply to stays of shorter duration.
- The fare is booked with full prepayment and is non-refundable; in case of cancellation or change of reservation, the full price of the stay will be charged.
- The stay must be paid for within 24 hours of booking. Payment can be made either by credit card indicated on the booking or via bank account payment and SWIFT confirmation of the bank payment must be sent no later than 24 hours after making the booking. All non-guaranteed bookings are automatically cancelled 24 hours after booking, in case there is no payment.
- At check-in, the bank card used in the booking must be presented to verify the payment. Otherwise, another card can be provided or cash payment can be made if it is not possible to provide the card on which the payment was previously debited. In this case the payment will be returned.
- The discount is given on the basis of open rates without discount and can not be combined with other special rates and offers. This offer is not valid for groups.
